Even though Leonardo DiCaprio has played gay characters, he doesn't seem to catch any gay rumors! It's strange because Leonardo is very handsome and cute, especially when he first started becoming famous after Titanic in 1997 or 1998. I remember he was everywhere after Titanic exploded worldwide.
Anyway, the thing is, there is a reason why no one thinks Leonardo DiCaprio is gay. One: He is a playboy! Seriously. He has dated a lot of women. Not only that but he only dates REALLY HOT WOMEN who are TOP MODELS. He also has a very specific type: blonde ladies.
I think I have read some gay rumors of Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire being gay lovers but I don't think anything really revealing came out supporting that idea.
Leonardo DiCaprio is very vocal about gay rights. He has stated that he supports gay marriage. When DOMA was dead in the courts, Leonardo Dicaprio tweeted about the landmark decision: “Historic day. Well done #SCOTUS,” he tweeted.
In conclusion, there is no reason for me to believe that Leonardo DiCaprio is gay or bisexual because he is simply too openly straight. It's good that he is very gay friendly. I hope he wins an oscar for BEST ACTOR this year for "The Wolf of Wall Street" (despite the fact that I am not a fan of the movie.)
